Nexara Crypto provides a web-based interface for browsing, showcasing, and facilitating NFT-related activities on supported blockchain networks including Ethereum, Polygon, and Base. The Platform operates as an informational and marketplace interface only.
We do not custody, hold, or control your digital assets, wallet funds, or private keys at any time. All blockchain transactions are executed directly from your connected wallet and are final and irreversible.

Nexara Crypto will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. If anyone claiming to represent us does so, it is fraudulent activity — do not comply.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, UI design, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Nexara Crypto or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
NFT artwork and associated metadata displayed on the Platform may be owned by third-party creators or sellers. Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the on-chain token; it does not automatically transfer copyright or broader intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork unless explicitly stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission from Nexara Crypto.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. NFTs and cryptocurrencies are speculative assets that carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss of value.
Past performance of any NFT, token, or blockchain asset is not indicative of future results. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
Nexara Crypto does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or future performance of any NFT or digital asset featured on the Platform.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXARA CRYPTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We are not responsible for losses arising from smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, third-party wallet issues, or your own actions on the blockchain.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or blockchain protocols. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or practices.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before engaging.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to the Platform.
